I think we all can relate to the fallen hero element of this poem. But it also clearly represents the confusion involved in this type of subject matter.
Your poem really describes so well the whirl of questions and answers that only prompt more questions.
This is an amazing poem, and you are a brave poet for sharing it. Well that is what my mind says. Now my heart says, you can always look to me for comfort and understanding my friend.
