THE SPARKLE IS GONE THE GLEAM IS DEAD
THE WORDS YOU HEAR THAT ARE UNSAID

YOU KNOW MY FEARS THAT'S HOW YOU FEED
YOUR HAPPINESS COMES FROM ONLY YOUR GREED

"OUR" LIFE HAS COME TO A BITTER LITTLE END
IS THIS HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE, MY FRIEND?

WE TRIED AND TRIED, WE JUST DIDN'T SUCCEED
I GUESS WE HAD WHAT WE TRULY DIDN'T NEED..

Jae,

You remind me of a philosopher in your poetry, you have those spokes within your poetry. The ending hit me on the poem, thanks for sharing~
