And I feel like there are so many things I've never done. I'm tired of living a boring life. Also, I've recently watched Yes Man. I know, it's just a silly movie, but I loved the idea of opening up to the world's opportunities. I have a tendency to shut things out because they fall into the category of unfamiliar territory.
Help. I would love for y'all to give me lists of activities in which I should engage myself. However, let's work our way up, shall we? Nothing
too
extravagant at first.
I'm excited about going camping this weekend on a lesbian retreat. That's a start, right?
Thanks!

That's certainly a start. Good luck camping! Enjoy!
And so you know: 25 isn't that old. You have plenty of time to live an unboring life. _________________

Dear LOvsPLUTO,
Congratulations on turning 25!
Also, the lesbian retreat sounds like a fabulous idea.
And you are still young, so no need to rush too many things, after all, you have your life to explore. The key to opening up to the world is to take it at your own pace; it's like emerging from a cocoon and becoming a beautiful butterfly.
Some great things to do:
Martial Arts - builds confidence, inner strength, and character
Art/Writing - great way to express yourself at the pace that you choose.
Dance - Self expression and builds inner self.
Maybe some of your own hobbies?
^^ Anyhow, best of luck to you! And congrats, again, on turning 25~

Thanks for the input, Facade and Mara. I appreciate it.
I've decided to start working out a lot more, start practicing yoga and meditation and I also want to learn French and Italian. I just have to make myself do them.

Excellant ideas!
The lesbian retreat idea is just faaaaaab-ulous! And, i agree with the poster who mentioned dancing---dancing is joy-inducing, and it can make you feel on top of the world (esp. when you're dancing w/ a special friend, or dancing to some fun tunes)!!
The creative self-expression peice of advice is certainly an effective way of making good use of your time, and having something to show for it!
And, i definitely think you're on the right track with language-learning, which is benificial in a myriad (sp?) of ways!
I just wanted to comment here, b/c all those ideas got me excited, haha Happy living!
