i'm finding myself a bit tetchy today
but that's nothing unusual with being stuck with family i guess!
roll on monday when i go home!!!

30 days! a whole month without a smoke!

plus the diet is doing well! less than a week and already clothes are feeling loser! Very Happy

the dieting is actually a good distraction from smoking
having to plan out what i'm gonna eat each day and actually cooking healthly is all new to me and takes up alot of my time so i have no time to think about a smoke!

tomorrow is my 2nd weight in and not sure if i've lost any weight yet!
all i know is with this new healthy lifestyle my face has errupted like mount etna!! jeeze! never had so many zits since i was at school! Embarassed

how are you doing with quiting?
my flat smells cleaner and my cats have lost their wheezey chests
the money i've saved from quiting has paid for my fishing permit and to have my lawn's mowed by the housing association Smile
next goal is to save up for a wii
