Wow, am very impressed that you are still trying, it sounded like it was all 2 much b4. Keep it up, you are VERY strong to cope with what you have done, you can keep going. Each day at a time!!!
Good luck with the therapy....sounds pretty tough...
P.S. If you run out of teddy bears, rip their arms off ...they run away....or melt them sobbing....I have several here I will post to you...I've got to get rid of the lil buggers... they keep jumping in my bag whenever I visit anywhere..wonder if i cud get therapy for that....seriously just holler...I have most sizes....colours...

Well done Tracey, I am really proud of your determination, believe me I know how hard this is. I backslid for 3 weeks but am limping along again, somedays I have none, somedays I collapse and give in, but the main difference I am finding is the abilility to treat each day as it comes. If I have one bad day, tomorrow is still a totally fresh start and I can say to myself "I may want to but I CHOOSE not to smoke today".
Here's a hug to go with the teddyies. (((((((((((((Trace))))))))))))))))))))))

thanks Purp!
the top of my wardrobe is full of teddies! they have to be kept up there as one of my cats (felix) has a thing about teddies as well!
he has his own teddy bear (it used to be mine) which is twice the size of him and he drags it around the flat so proudly!
as from being strong! i guess i must be!
i'm finding the strenght from somewhere!
i guess it's a good thing just now

Thanks (((((((((((((((Noni)))))))))))))))))
we WILL beat this!
i've actually have not wanted a cig today and it's now 12pm
usually the first thing i do is light up
though the CHAMPIX makes me feel sickly when i've taken it so that helps in making me not want to smoke!
the evenings are the worse for me

Oh, well done YOU!!!
Keep plugging away one day at a time Tracey, and if you slip, just get up and start again. I battle this everyday, Ive fallen again and again lately but I wont beat myself up about it, I just try harder the next day. I'm proud of you gal.

Terrific Tracey, you are making an unbelievably good start. You have every right to be proud of yourself
Me. I've decoded tp cpumt the number of smokes I have, rather than the smoke free days, so I can reasonably happlily say I have had only 3 in 9 days.
Keep going, I'm right behind you.

Great work Tracey.
Oh and Purp, sorry about the spelling errors, I have a bandage on my right index finger that makes typing a challenge and I must have forgotten to check that post lol.
