I am trying not to brag but I wanted to share with all of my friends here that I won the Presidential Artist award this past semester at my college. Out of 850 students my painting was chosen. It was humbling when my name was called I cried like a baby. I am posting the link if anyone wants to see the painting. I am just glad I can share it here with you gals.

Thank you so much . The college bought the painting from me it took 5 months before they paid me for it. My art professor had to raise a absolute fit to get my money. I learned a lesson to never sell to colleges. But it was a pround moment for me anyways. I think the painting was a 36 X 24. It was big. I wanted it to look like a neon street sign at night. I called it "Natural by night". I am thinking of painting one more like it.

well you succeeded with that neon concept.. that's what i thought when i was looking at... how well it would look in swanky club's window...

OOOOoooo good idea . I know to copy write a poem or story but how would I copy write a painting or pic? Have you any ideas? Thanks for the good advice.
