Participation is a wonderful thing, and appreciated by all the authors on mels, I'm certain. And few things are more gratifying to an author than to receive a comment which shows the reader really felt or thought strongly about a particular piece of writing.

On the other hand, posting for the sake of posting is irritating.

Of course she's not mentioning the fact that she has put in more than almost everybody else put together...not only in terms of comments...but her own written poetry and most of the techniques section, which has... ummm..... broadened my education some...e-girl is a phenomenon in herself... and an amazing contributer...I'm so glad I joined this site and had this opportunity to share with you...my little scribblings in the dark of my life
