Ladies i'm definately in for campin!

My delimma:

I have a pull behind self contained camper which would make it much more convenient (water-....for cleanin up jello and potty , elec-gen)

BUT

didnt know if we would have room (dont mind payin for another spot beside if thats a problem)
is it allowed where we'll be?
accessible?
or if thats the whole purpose....to rough it?
And.... i've never towed it that far (5 hrs).

OR

Bring my trusty tent.

So what'll it be...... comfort (semi) or primitive?

Jell-o
I have a lead on a cheep way to get lots of jell-o. checking on it soon. figuering this way if i buy in it bulk powder we can keep the suguar out and maybe that will keep down the sticky factor. and we can buy the cup jello for shots. just a thought

Ok ladies this is what i got. for under $4 i got almost a pound of powered non-flavored non-colored no suguar Jell-o powder. to make: 1 tbs of powder to 2 cups of liquid. and if we want a bit of flavor i can buy a smaller bag of a flavored mix. just let me know the flavor. but i figured nonflavored, colored would be safer for clothing. and less sticky. anyother thoughts on this??

hmmmm let's think about it.. do we have a VERY large cooler to make and cool the Jello? The reason why we were buying the Jell-O cups instead of the powder is that it elimates us having to make it, refrigerate it, and store it. If you can nail that obstacle, I'm all for it.

I am gonna do a test run tomorrow... no not the whole pool but just to see what all its gonna take... i think that we can just use cold water and let it set over night... if we need more coolness i think we can just toss in some ice... there is NO HOT water needed!!... gonna see and report back.

Realwoman gave a suggestion for our campout that I thought I would share with you all. She thought we might enjoy all picking a favourite poem ... from Mel's, our own stuff, or a favourite poet, and sharing it with the group one night. So, if you like the idea, be sure to bring a poem with you!

p.s.
Awesome Starlite ... I def wanna see it when it's done!

IB6UB9 ... just to let you know, campers are not allowed on the site we booked. So, you'll have to rough it primitive style w/ us. Smile

Not sure if there is a nearby site that you can reserve that will allow a camper.
