avatar?

i know how to use forums have been for many years but how come, for the life of me, be able to find how to upload my own avatar? i see at the bottom of my profile where is says its the avatar place but as for uploading it gives no option?? help! thanks.

This site has disabled the uploading for personal avatars for various reasons. Please feel free to pick one that we already have.
