i want the world to know [i did it]
i've had a very busy week...
i re docorated my studio apt in like retro hippie style. lots of bright blues and purples it looks badass, if i do say so myself.
anywho, today i was at luch with two of my close friends (whom i was still in the closet) and i just blurted "i'm a lesbian and i'm with tahlia. wer're together like....for real" over cheese enchallidas. to my shock their reaction was along the lines of..."i knew it! we were just waiting for you to say something." they still love me for who i am and respect me as a person. i explained to them it wasn't the gender it was the person i was attracted to. the only part they really had trouble with was that i am with t who is a member of our "crew", and that we had been sneaking around for so long.
i'm so happy. these past couple of months have been torture. i feel like an elephant playing a piano has been lifed of my shoulders. this has been a great week! even though i had to endure the red head republican convention aka thanksgiving with the family. my mom is starting to come around too...well if you consider knitting me a rainbow scarf for a thaksgiving present. yes, we give thanksgiving presents...they have to be thoughtful and homemade though.
ok well enough ramblings from me...

the girl I am with , who i am very much in love with, is the first girl I have been with. It is hard to come out, especially to thos you love, but congrats on doing it, and not holding it in as a secret! It feels amazing to be able to not hide about being in love......

awww. thanks everybody.
i mean, it's so great. nik is like so so so cool with it. i can't even explain how happy i am to know that i have my friends to talk to now about my relationship and they accepct it just like thay would if i was with a guy. it's so amazing it's almost surreal. this has made my gf and i so much closer beacuse it was something we did together.
so now that i'm out and personally i really don't give a shit who knows now. oooh--becides coworkers at my new job. (i'm such an emitional flip flop.) anyway, i'm glad i did it but, now what?
