Olae,
The only thing I can suggest to you is for you to copy your password from the e-mail, then paste it into the password place when you log it. It might be something as simple as something be a zero, 0, rather than the letter O.
Once you do get in, the first thing you do is change that password to something you remember.

I tried that the box that appears wont let you paste it will only let you type and I have tried it several ways and still no luck I will try again. Thank you
