HELP! Avatar problem

HELP! Avatar problem

I can't get an avatar to load! i always get a message that says "file must be under 6kb" and i don't have one that will work!! Yes...I am kinda computer illiterate...Help???

You can only use the ones that are on the site ....due to all the viruses around we have limited the use to these only.
