Feline

Like a pussycat
she slinks into my room,
undetected by her watchers.

She slides her silky skin
between my creamy satin sheets
and I ooh some soft words
past her curious ears.

They perk up and she purrs
with intensifying pleasure.

She's yet to touch me
but I'm already ablaze.

My fingers speak volumes
as I trace promise-filled
love letters down her spine.

Her passionate replies rush forth
from a place of eternal love.

I want this woman right now
and for the rest of our time.

I want to kiss her, dance with her,
make love to her, make her my wife.

She slips from my bed,
a finished feline,
knowing she's already mine.
