Le Temoinage du soleil ( my own work..)

(title translation: time or the sun's testimony)

The summer sun ablaze,
little girl kisses her reflection
On the side of a minivan,
she’s snatched away, told it’s dirty.

Seven springs later,
she kisses her reflection,
she’s told she’s vain.

As the summers passed
she kisses the girl of her dreams,
she’s told it’s dirty..

Only to rouse a nightmare.

The sun sets in cold tears.

Kisses that neither touch nor care to touch if

Wow that is excellent! Very Happy

I love those connections. I know we can all relate to that here. I'd love to see it go into more detail about those connections and what it means to you, after the stanza about kissing the girl of her dreams. Great work! Smile
