Whats the BIG deal about being a les anyway

just wanted to know what y'all like most about being a les-( from a personal perspective)?

Well, never having to freak out and wonder if I'm pregnant if my period's late is definitely a plus. Very Happy

..But seriously, I don't know. It's just the way I am. I'd never really thought much about what I like best about it before...

I like the fact that I will never experience sleeping with a man. I like the fact that the risk of contracting STD's is very low, and pregnancy is physically impossible. Another thing is, I love loving women.

To some extent, yes. While there is certainly far more to me that just my sexual orientation, I have felt much more comfortable with myself, and been more emotionally stable since I realized that I'm a lesbian.
