I have my personal reasons for what I said.
My dad lost his job 2 yrs ago and money was getting tighter. For a while we didn't have insurance until things happened and we realized that we really couldn't do without it.

I'm sorry for being insensitive.

Yeah!! No cancer!! Congradulations!!!!! I'm sure the infection will clear up with the antibiotics, and it seems to me that life can have a happy ending. Again, congradulations.
Hugs,
Bjaded

The other good news, Jaded, we both got new jobs today. Same place. Customer service...finally full time for me. Nothing has been said yet about whether the insurance is paid or not, the interview didn't last long enough for me to ask that question.

I realize, cupcake, you had you reasons for saying what you said. I mean, hell, I always wanted to be a little better off then my parents. I hate having to decide things like, do we buy food this week or do I go to the doctor and get this looked at? It's like those helpful ppl at church who say, "God doesn't give you more than you can handle." Lovely sentiment...meaningless.

I am sorry about your family's troubles, however.

Irish,
I'm thrilled to hear about your new jobs! I really hope that you've now got insurance. Now there's a happy ending. Oh, and I've had to wave goodbye to my ass after what you said about that meaningless quote. I so agree.
Many hugs,
Bjaded
