one of those days
Part of the reason that I finally registered to be part of this forum this morning was that when I woke up, I could tell it was just going to be one of those days. Boy was I ever right...
To top off a long day, I am sitting here torturing myself by listening to a cd that reminds me of a friend of mine. It isn't one of those cases where you are driving down the road and you hear a song and think "ahh that reminds me of..." and then months or years later when you hear the song again, you actually listen to the lyrics and you find out the song was about something like flying monkeys in striped underwear.
I know this post kinda seems pointless... but right now, I think I am just trying to take the advice that a friend of mine gave me earlier today. They said that I shouldn't keep everything in. That I needed to talk, even if it were just to say something small. Thanks...

misunderstood lyrics
I do that all the time...I realize the lyrics to a song have no relevance to the situation I related it to and I also have a tendency to have an epiphany of what the song lyrics actually say. With one song I was listening one day and I actually listened to it when someone next door was playing it and it hit me "she said her breasts were small and humble...how did I not hear that earlier?"

The misunderstanding of lyrics has me in stitches! lol I'm there isn't a person around that hasn't done that let alone thought it the song for a situation! lol
Maybe you should start a thread to see who has mistaken lyrics for flying monkeys! lol You cracked me up!
