i dont normaly do this
*takes a deep breath
just had a screaming match with my brother about something really stupid...dont want to go into details but he came thundering into my room and screamed in my face. for the first time in my life i actually screamed back at him. usualy i back down because he scares the crap out of me and im fairly submisive...but this time it all came out.
this happened about 20 mins ago and im still finding it hard to calm down. it lasted no more then a min but he really REALLY pushed my button. im not sure why but im really shaken up about it.
sorry im just venting...i dont usually vent but feel the need to tonight.

it happens to us all. Yay for standing up for yourself. it does leaves you shaken at first, but dont back down next time. you are worth standing up for hon. you know where to find us when you need more support.

feeling much better now....but think he cut my internet off...im on my mom laptop.
