yes it's that time of year again where my ex (janie) gets back in touch with apologies and wanting to be friends again!
i was just saying to my lovely kaz that she would probably be back in touch soon! and here she is!!! apologiseing for hurting me yet again!
this time things are different!
i have my gorgeous kaz at my side as she tried to reel me in on msn
she wasn't happy when i told her not to contact me again
i had thought i had her blocked on msn? but she is now!!
she has sent my head spinning again but she ain't worth the effort
i still have the email she sent me last year! if i remember i posted it here too!!
so hopefully she won't try to contact me again, but will probably find that out next year!!
i love my darling karen and that waste of space hasn't got a look in anymore!
if it wasn't for karen i wouldn't have the strenght to tell janie to stop contacting me

I've got one of these kinds of ex's too! The way I've dealt with it is to utterly utterly ignore any form of communication, whether its texts, emails, phone, messenger... and I've found that as soon as I delete the offending text/email etc I feel much better. I have kept her number in my cellphone but changed the 'name' to "Do Not Answer" which is what pops up when the semi-annual contact is attempted. Helps a lot.
I do feel that if you bother to read the words they send then you can be outraged and stew or such, and really they're not actually worth even a blink.
Delete. The delete button is my friend. That way I genuinely don't care if she carries on for another 20 years or not, it just doesn't impact me.
