Just saying hello
Hi!
Well I joined a week or so ago, been lurking around a little to get a feel for the place, have liked what I've seen so I decided to stop being a lurker and post a little intro.
You can call me Triss, I'm 25 and live in England. I work in a shop which I absolutely love but wish the pay was better. I like reading, writing, gaming, and just goofing around with friends.
Hm, I've really only recently started to let myself be who I am... I was raised by a rather close minded mother and I have the kind of personality where I just tried to be someone I believed she would be proud of. But it's been a few years since I moved out now and I'm still finding myself really. So guess what I'm trying to say with all that blabber is I'm kind of just looking for somewhere I can be myself, be with likeminded people, maybe get some support along the way. And having lurked around this seemed like a nice friendly and relaxed place so I decided to give it a go!
That was a rather long intro. Oh well. Happy to be here so far looking forward to speaking to you all soon! _________________

Hi Triss,
THis is the best place to just relax and find yourself and there are plenty of your fellow Englishwomen here as well. Dont feel afraid to jump right in on any discussion you find interesting, have fun.

That was a very nice and genuinely honest introduction. (I could tell)
I'm glad you found this place.
This was the place I turned to when I needed it, and guess what I found?
ME!!!
And now there's no turning back, which is good, because forward is the right direction.
Welcome to Mels, MissTriss (great name, too). I hope to see ya around the boards, and maybe in chat too.
