my very own 'hello' topic :)
I don’t need a whole topic to do this, but since there is no general topic, here I go.
Well, hello there! I’m new. I’m registered under the name Mara, so you can call me that.
I’m from Holland. I’m in my early twenties and I’m a student. I study theology (which a lot of people find boring, but I actually like). I like to sing, play guitar and play the piano. I like to skate, read, sport. I love snowboarding, but unfortunately haven’t done very much of that in quite a while.
I registered here on mels because I like reading stories. I'm a sucker for happy endings, but the stories I write myself, don't always have that. I'm trying to translate a little of what I see around me and to be real in the things I write.
It’s a challenge to keep my posts understandable, because English is not my native language, but I’ll give it a try.
