Hello everyone. Presently, I'm happy to share that I have been a lesbian for 23 minutes. Well, most certainly longer than that, but for a long time I masqueraded as bi-sexual. Ironically, my straight boyfriend was the one to help me in reflecting on my past, and in doing so, also helped me to figure out who and how I truly am. I have to say, I've never felt more like myself than I do now. So, aside from my boyfriend, who of course knows, this is my official coming out to everyone!
So a bit about myself then...I'm twenty years old and a full-time student pursuing a degree in Philosophy. Up until recently I was a barista, however, I am still highly interested in the coffee industry, and more specifically, in (what I consider to be) the artfulness of being a barista. As far as hobbies are concerned, I enjoy studying vocabulary and wordplay, singing, playing the piano, writing and performing spoken word poetry, and reading (especially social commentary fiction e.g. Kafka, etc...). And of course, *I'm a Sagitarius who enjoys long walks on the beach and gazing at star-lit skies.* And of course, to finish with a quote (because being cliche can be poignant)

i know the feeling of finally getting comfortable in your own skin. once i came out to my friends and family it was something just clicked into place and i didn't have to "hide" anymore.
ooh a pianist...nice. wish i hadn't had to quit way back when...*chuckles*
