A Brief Introduction

Has anyone else caught themselves just staring wistfully at that coastal mountain scene like you were looking through a window? It's hypnotic. Great image.

Or maybe I am just going through travel withdrawal.

A quick intro: 30something sales mngr looking for fun people to converse with, maybe find a travel buddy, or to at least share profound (or not so profound) insights into life.

Please forgive me if I do not respond right away; I am rarely at home but will definitely respond ASAP.

Thank you for your kind words; I look forward to talking with you. I have not been able to fit very much vacation time at all into my schedule for a few years now, and it feels like it is killing me. Every Christmas I swear it is my last one in retail. One day it will be. By my choice, of course.

But I understand how tight a schedule can be; you have to plan things so far in advance. That's why I don't care for my birthdays. Another year gone, and I still haven't checked off any more pages in that book "A 1000 Places to See Before You Die".

I think we make time for those things that are important like, family, family-friends,and.....travel!!!! Very Happy

Yep....I think most of us have busy lives, I probably have about 1 hour a night to work on the site and thats at a push.......

I'm not sure I'm a fun person to chat with lol...but I do at least respond (oops, perhaps I should rephrase that!)

I'm Eve or Athena. I'm from all over the world. I share your travel withdrawal pain girl. I really do. I am trying to get back to Europe, where I had been living for the past year. Check out my story. It's set in Paris soon to move to Germany. Thats the closest I can get to being back there till November.
