Copyrights
Generally speaking if you simply put (c) 2005 by xyz. All rights reserved. you have asserted your legal claim to the work in question. Anyone plagiarizing you from that point forward could be held liable.
You can go through the more formal process of registering your copyright, which affords you greater legal protection but it is not strictly necessary. In this kind of format a simple assertion of copyright, as I noted above, will do for most countries of which I am aware.
Luv,

how can you really know that your not being copied ? I had an essay recently and read the same thing shamelessly copied from site to site (it was about surrealist art) only three sites in about ten had original content ... maybe if you have ideas don't post online???? which is not to say I don't think mel's has ... please it's like an oasis, post here but be wary of other sites xxxxx sheela
