Thanx Cunnil for your reply....I'm still cheating a bit here and there when I'm tense....better to have one than commit a homicide if somebody is pissing me off....but I have improved to this degree that I no longer take the medication I was on for me lungs...hardly use the asthma inhaler....still not 100% tho....it's a battle....I never did have strong lungs....shouldnt have started smoking... but ....well it had to do with a girl...long story
thanx for the reply...i appreciate it

Dear((((((((((((desert fish))))))))
I know that this is an old post but i was wondering if you gave up smoking sweetheart?
*Rubs desert fishe's chest with vicks" awwwww sweetie i can just imagine how difficult it must be giving up smoking.I gave up about 10 years ago after a scare,i had a bleed in my head, on that day i gave the doctor at the hospital my smokes andi have never had another once since, i felt very proud of myself for having given up
I feel so much better for having given up,i also have asthma and i used to have to have a nebuliser, i don't have one now and my skin is much clearer and my eyes sparkle
Strength and courage to you sweet desert fish.((((((Gentle hugs)))))))
with all my love

I cheat on a regular basis.... I get too wound up...and the pressure is on at home by me....I am STRUGGLING to learn to deal with my anxieties without a smoke....I stop and my head fills with ugly evil thoughts I don't want to have....I know it's just the craving but what can I do?.... Or rather how can I do it?....this is a crucial moment, and I know it....my lungs have always been weak....and they become less tolerant every day....
I am afraid of dying...
or rather: dying before I am done
therefore I must be done with it
but how?
