Frustrated

 		Frustrated

 I just can't seem to write anything anymore. I don't know if its not having the time or all the upheaval thats been in my life over the last year or so but there is nothing there. I have never been a person to write once a day or once a week or anything like that but i always used to be able to scribble a few thoughts on paper now and again. Now there is nothing just a void and when i try to force myself it gets worse. If anyone has any advice I'd really love to hear.

I do this...take a blank sheet of paper...don't try to write coherent thoughts...just start at the top left and write down single words...whatever word comes into your head...keep going until you hit the bottom of the page...

usually when i do this i end up with the skeleton of a poem mixed up with some words i will discard...it's a sort of free association exercise that works for me...it really loosens up my brain...try it Very Happy

Thanks as always, I took your advice and have come up with something, I'm a bit rusty and i'm not totally sure if I have expressed my feelings the way i wanted but I have come up with something.
