Tracey, I understand exactly how you are feeling but stay positive, it's important to let your Mum know that you think she is going to get through this. I will be thinking of you both.

we got back last night
mum looks really well now
she's hoping to be home today or tomorrow at the latest
showed Karen around the city of Lancaster and bravely returned to where i had been as a child. (those who have been here a long time will know roughly what i am refering to)
even though the area had change and the building is now flats it looks the same as it did 30 years ago
the Ashton Memorial was similar, a few changes but still as scarey for me
had some nightmares since, but amazed i managed to go to these places to show Karen some of my history
thankfully home now

Tracey,
Just pulled up this stream and wanted to share in your joy. Great to hear your mum is doing well. Hope she continues to recover quickly.
...and congratulations on facing some of your past. Overcoming the demons makes us stronger. _________________ Outdoors
