Something about me

Hello ladies!

I guess it is about time I "show" myself. Have been hidden for a while.

so who am i? another woman going through a midlife storm.

my "trademark"? someone that laughs a lot. I sometimes get into trouble with that...

my look? boyish. Clean cut at work. Sloppy at home. Call me sir. I don't really care. Twisted Evil

my relationship? have been happily committed for 15 years. I love to make her laugh.

why the username? I love nature. enjoy landscape photography, a lot.

why am I here? I went through a period of low, searching. And I found you, amazing ladies and stories. You really calmed me down and inspired me...although my honey was really concerned about my sudden change of interest. I went from never reading any love stories to being so addicted to the stories posted on melswebs! I actually read some of the stories multiple times. It really freaked her out. Laughing

But most of all, I just felt like I know you. I felt connected. So thank you, Mel and the virtual team, for running the site. And thanks to all the amazing writers for sharing with us.

See you around!

Welcome!
Glad you are enjoying the stories. Hopefully now you've introduced yourself you'll settle down in the story lobby and enjoy some coffee and cookies whilst waiting for the next installments.

Pleease join us in nagging (sorry, encouraging!) MG TO GET BACK ON HER STORY.

Hopefully we can help buffer you a little from your storm....

Welcome, naturelover!

I'm glad you decided to "de-lurk". While nobody should feel forced to post too soon, it is always a nice surprise to see a new face around here. Wink

I see by your profile you're on the East Coast. Have you had a chance to photograph any of the snow that has blanketed the coast?

If you are interested in talking with others, pop into the chatroom sometime (and if nobody is there, try and try again!) You'll find plenty of other creatively-minded women there and perhaps even more connection.

Welcome!

Dory is also my favorite. I love the way she keeps repeating the address for P. Sherman over and over again, so that she won't forget it.

I also bake and love biscotti. My favorite is a white chocolate macadamia nut recipe that I make. Soooo delicious.

It is great to have you here. Enjoy!

The closest pronunciation is "Ai-ley", not "eyelid", contrary to popular belief. Very Happy
