Warning!

Just to let you all know this will be the only time I post in this new forum...I am excited that I may learn something but heed this warning:

I CANNOT COOK!!

If i post anything in this forum from this point forward I am either drunk or ...drunk haha. I really am a horrible cook...Just ask Sue! I burn frozen pizzas...with a TIMER! Oh and brownies? Hockey pucks!

I can make a damn fine salad tho...it comes in a bag!

I look up to all those who can and hope to learn from you "kitchen ninjas"!

Here is a very useful tip... Tools are highly important to cooking, and one of the best is one of those pizza type stones sold by pampered chef. You can't burn things on it. Your pizza comes out perfect, cookies never burn on the bottom. Breads are perfect in their bread pan model.

Of course you could burn the hell out of the top, but that's what timer's are for, and not getting distracted by going outside to throw a football with your kids and forgetting the pizza is cooking!

Anyways, invest in some very good cooking pans, tools, and the like. You will be amazed at how much better of a cook you are. And btw, don't scrub the pizza stone I told you about. Just rinse off and put it away... it should turn an ugly brownish color... never use soap on it!
