please can i have some healing thoughts

my mum is having a big op tomorrow
could do with prayers and positive thoughts as i've a really bad feeling about this
i think she has also as she told me she loved me tonight on the phone (something she's never done)

Tracey, I understand exactly how you are feeling but stay positive, it's important to let your Mum know that you think she is going to get through this. I will be thinking of you both.

Thankfully she's got through the op ok
they gave her an epidural instead of general anesetic (sp??)
so she's not a sick as she usually is

thankyou for the positive thoughts and prayers

hopefully travelling down to visit her on saturday (3hour drive)
and hope she will be home for monday

we got back last night
mum looks really well now
she's hoping to be home today or tomorrow at the latest

showed Karen around the city of Lancaster and bravely returned to where i had been as a child. (those who have been here a long time will know roughly what i am refering to)
even though the area had change and the building is now flats it looks the same as it did 30 years ago
the Ashton Memorial was similar, a few changes but still as scarey for me

had some nightmares since, but amazed i managed to go to these places to show Karen some of my history

thankfully home now

Glad to hear your mum was recovering well when you popped down. Has she managed to come out? Has she got care?
Well done on facing some demons, very strong of you...hope the nightmares fade.

I also hope the weather holds off if ur planning on going bk down.

mums recovering well! though a bit sore
thankfully dad's got indefinate time off work to look after her.

nightmares are pretty bad but hoping the ease off soon
i think they are keeping karen more awake than myself

hoping the weather holds off too
got my new mobility car this week and love it to bits
though after my last car anything would be better
