I just finished reading another great book by Patrick Lencioni--
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
. Although this isn't his most recent book, it's one of the best that I've read on team work and team dynamics. If you have an interest in the topic, I hope you have the chance to check it out.
(He's written a sequel, which will be the next book of his that I read--
Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Field Guide for Leaders, Managers, and Facilitators
.)
