1 Round Steak
1 Medium sized tub of Sour Cream
1 Packet of Brown Gravy Mix
1 Large box or bag of Egg Noodles
Cut Round Steak into cubes or slices – whichever you prefer
Brown on stovetop until cooked all the way through.
While Round Steak is cooking, make brown gravy.
Also, make the Egg Noodles.
Drain your noodles.
Drain your Round Steak.
Combine Noodles, Round Steak, Brown Gravy, and Sour Cream into a large pot.
Put on stove on simmer for about 10 – 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve and Enjoy!
This is my favorite comfort food, and it feeds up to 4 – 5 people. _________________ Nobody said life would be easy...They just promised it would be worth it.

I like to make meatballs and add lipton's onion soup to them, and the gravy...
mom is making meat pies as we speak. I haven't had one since I was last in oz! Can't wait for dinner.
