Cardamom Bread

Hey everyone!
I think that this may be better with a little vinegar in it as well, but I haven't tested it yet. Very tasty as is, though.

2 cups flour
1 tsp cardamom
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup plain, unsweetened yoghurt
1 tsp lime juce
3/4 stick of butter (melted)

Bakes at 350 for about 45 min.
Mix together the dry ingredients in one bowl and the sugar and eggs in another. Beat the sugar/eggs until creamy. Add them to the dry ingredients along with the yoghurt, lime juice, and butter. Place in a greased/floured pan.

P,

That sounds good.

Will have to give it a try.

Thank you for sharing it.
